Website User Agreement

When users of the China Geological Survey Journal website use various services on the website, they need to complete the registration process to become official users of the website。

Each user shall be fully responsible for all activities and events related to their username and shall adhere to the following principles。

（1）Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations；

（2）No illegal information, data, or information shall be transmitted；

（3）Shall not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights or any other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If the user's behavior does not comply with the above principles, China Geological Survey Journal Network has the right to make independent judgments and immediately cancel the user's service account。

For any content uploaded by the user to Geological Survey of China (including but not limited to news, space, etc.) that is publicly available, the user agrees to grant China Geological Survey Journal Network a permanent and free right to use it worldwide. China Geological Survey Journal Network may use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based on it, disseminate and display all or part of such content, and/or incorporate all or part of such content into any other form of work, media or technology.
