The former flotation process of Wangji Collophanite(Ph1)is direct-reverse flotation processes. In the production practice, there are some problems such as high grade of final tailings, low yield and recovery rate. In this paper, through test research and technological transformation, the original direct-reverse flotation processes was changed into single reverse flotation process, and the production process index was improved ,the recovery was improved by 9.78 percentages.
