Abstract：Exemplified by the demonstration area in Zhaoyuan County, this paper deals with the distribution of endemic fluorosis disease in Northeast China. In combination with hydrogeological conditions in disease areas, the authors have determined the endemic fluorosis-inducing aquifer and advanced the intent layer for water supply and the well drilling technology. All this has provided experience for water supply in Northeast China.
