Abstract: Luoji Mountain, where ancient glacier remains are developed, is an important scenic spot in southwestern Sichuan. The touriam resources of an area centered on Luoji Mountain is characterized by high integration, a great variety, a high rank and complete functions. From the tourism resources, geographic location and social environment, this paper systematically analyzes the advantageous conditions and constraints for the development of Luoji Mountain, discusses the value and feasibility of its development and puts forward the concept of its development strategy.
