Determination of Occurrence States of Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus in Wengfu Phosphorus Tailings by Chemical Phase Analysis

  • The contents of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus species in Wengfu Phosphorus Tailings were determined by chemical phase analysis method. The results showed that calcium existed mainly as dolomite with a few as calcite and phosphate, magnesium existed mainly as dolomite with a few as phosphate and silicate and phosphorus existed mainly as phosphate with a few as iron oxides, monazite and xenotime. Standard recoveries for all species of the elements were 97.6%-107.2% with precision of 0.77%-4.85% RSD (n=12). Speciation analysis results presented a good stability, which indicated that the analytical results of ccurrence states of Ca, Mg and P in Wengfu Phosphorus Tailings by chemical phase analysis method were accurate and reliable.
