Abstract
The Hukou waterfall of the Yellow river which lies in the meeting belt between Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces has been approved to be the National Geopark.Based on the analyzing of the characters and the cause of formation of Hukouwaterfall,the tactics of protective development are proposed in order to realize the susta inable utilizing of it.-
