Abstract

Abstract

With the development of information technology and accumulation of marine geology data, the demand is growing to share the service of marine geology information. A key issue remains with the effective integration of heterogeneous data. This paper proposed a solution for integration of marine geological data based on middleware technology, web services technology, and XML technology, after a careful review of the heterogeneity of marine geological data and the requirement of data integration, so as to achieve a unified, standardized service for data sharing.
