Abstract
Tectonic background is the basis for deployment of seismic lines to study structural characteristics. Based on the analysis of tectonic characteristics of the marine residual basin, an area on the Central Uplift with efficient, complete and good quality reflections is selected as the case for comparison testing in the sea. Unified processing and comparison of the testing data suggest that the seismic exploration deployed upon regional tectonic characteristics may reach better results.
