Abstract

Abstract

The distribution of geothermal fields in Liaoning Province is controlled by fault structures.The geothermal resources are applied in medical treatment,health care,civil heat supply,aquatics breeding and tourism,with great economic benefit and social effect.Thirty-one geothermal fields have been developed,but they account for only 1% of the total resources.The-low temperature geothermal resources are in a vast amount,with a great potential of exploitation.With the improvement of economic and technical conditions,the non-anomalous type of geothermal resources will be developed rapidly.The exploring depth in non-anomalous geothermal area will reach to 2000 meter.
