Abstract

Abstract

The quick responses and in-depth reports of the Chinese Journal of Geophysics and other Chinese sci.-tech. journals after the disastrous Wenchuan earthquake on 12 May 2008 are analyzed . Some important papers on the Wenchuan earthquake had been published in Chinese Journal of Geophysics as quick as possible and a lot of related papers were continued to be published in this magazine within two years. The fact shows that the quick response and in-depth reports of this journal were synchronous with foreign famous sci.-tech. journal.
