Abstract
Quantitative estimation of unknown mineral resource is an important step of resource assessment. Geologists have been keeping on searching for proper methods of reserve estimate. Starting from systematic forming analysis method advocated by the new round of national mineral resource potential, this paper has illustrated the body volume method, also has introduced the principle, steps, and possible accesses of this method.
