一种基于岩石物理建模的横波预测方法

Research on the method of shear wave prediction based on rock physics modeling

  • 摘要: 横波速度在地震正演模拟、流体预测和AVO分析中有着至关重要的作用。然而由于横波测井费用较高等原因,一些工区并没有横波速度测井资料。基于岩石物理建模的方法预测横波具有针对性,预测精度较高。本文采用了由Sabrina提出的计算有效弹性模量方法,扩展了Cao等在该方法进行横波预测的假设条件,进行岩石物理建模,利用实测的纵波速度计算孔隙弱度从而进一步预测横波。最后结合实际资料,利用已知测井横波速度数据进行验证,结果表明效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Shear wave velocity plays an important role in seismic forward modeling,fluid prediction and AVO analysis.However,due to the high cost of shear wave logging,there are no shear wave velocity logging data in some work areas.The prediction method of shear wave based on rock physics modeling is specific and accurate.In this paper,the method of calculating effective elastic modulus proposed by Sabrina is adopted,and the assumption conditions of CAO for shear wave prediction by this method are extended,rock physics modeling is performed,and the measured porosity is used to calculate the pore compliance so as to further predict the shear wave.Finally,combined with the actual data,the cross velocity data are used to conduct verification,and the results show that the effect is fairly good.
