Abstract

Abstract

The main environmental engineering geological problems of Daxihe basin include geological disaster, karst geology, and soil erosion. Those questions have been analyzed through investigation, involving basic charac-teristics,influences and land-function regionalization. On the basis, the paper proposes three regions defined as forestry economic Zone, agricultural economic zone, valley economic zone concerning the local features, land-function regionalization and suitability appraisal, and also the detail understanding and suggestion of the following development in the Daxihe basin.
