Research on Flotation Separation Technology of Pyrophyllite-type Low-grade Pyrite Ore

  • A Pyrite ore in Guangxi province is a refractory pyrophyllite-type low-grade one,and the primary grain size of pyrite in the ore is small,which is mixed with clay minerals.Based on the characteristics of ores,a new technique of "enhanced decentralized selective inhibition-full-grain flotation" was developed,the easy floating pyrophyllite clay can be effectively selectively suppressed,and the collection effect of fine grained pyrite is strengthened,so that the breakthrough of obtaining high grade sulfur concentrate products in this kind of pyrite is realized,and the industrial application prospect is broad.
