Simulation Study on Single Liquid Phase Flow Field Characteristics of KYF Type Flotation Machine

  • The single liquid phase flow field was simulated numerically with standard k-ε turbulence model for KYF type mechanical aeration stirring type flotation machine.The distribution characteristics,including velocity,pressure,turbulence and swirl strength of liquid flow in flotation cell were simulated and analysed under different agitation intensity,which provided a theoretical guidance for the setting of flotation process parameters.
