Development and application of XD-10DK small diameter electric top drive drill

  • In order to solve the problems with uranium exploration equipment,such as backwardness, high labor intensity, many safety hazards, difficulty in drilling efficiency improvement in Xinjiang, XD-10DK small diameter electric top drive drill has been developed. The drill adopts many advanced technologies, such as modular design, AC variable frequency motor direct drive, dual channel load, digital detection, top drive, etc. The field test for 3 boreholes in the Chepaizi area of the Junggar basin has improved the automation degree and drilling efficiency in uranium exploration with reduced labor intensity and improved working environment of workers, ensuring the safety of drilling equipment and personnel.
